Ownership & consent

Creators may only upload content they own or are licensed to sell. All people depicted must provide informed consent.

Adult content is allowed only with age verification, identity checks, and gated access. Content involving minors is strictly prohibited.

Illegal content, non-consensual material, doxxing, scams, malware, and exploitation of any kind are forbidden.

Harassment, chargeback abuse, and attempts to bypass privacy or safety controls will result in enforcement actions.

Use content reporting tools to flag violations. LibertyVault prioritizes user safety and platform trust over growth.
