By creating an account or using LibertyVault, you agree to these Terms. The service is provided as an early-access marketplace MVP.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old. Adult content areas require age and identity verification before purchase.

Accounts. You are responsible for your login credentials, pen-name storefront, and content you upload. Do not impersonate others or upload material you do not have rights to sell.

Payments. Vault Coins are a platform balance used to purchase content. Coin purchases are made with cryptocurrency (USDC) sent to the platform pay-in address. Crypto payments are generally final once confirmed on-chain, except where required by law.

Creator content. Creators retain ownership of their original works and grant LibertyVault a limited license to host, display, and deliver purchased files to buyers.

Prohibited use. Illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, malware, fraud, and harassment are banned. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or report abuse.

Disclaimer. The service is provided “as is” during MVP. Availability, payouts, and features may change.
